for those of u who have the overhead console.. and urs has that square/rectangular hole towards the back... i found out what went in there... i was on ebay about a week ago and found it, its a square flash that goes in there. i wish i would have won it now

 

i have one of those, it doesn't work tho.

Theyre not IROC specific, comes with whoever gets the overhead console.

 

I have one, it works but you have to beat it around alittle bit. Has came in handy once or twice.

 

I have one in my 86, the flashlight works and says camaro on it. My friends however was all corroded, i guess someone left the batteries in too long w/out checking it. Its pretty bright for a little light.

Mine works great. Didnt when I first got the car. I just cleaned up the connects & had fun. Now it works just fine.
had a spare one but sold it off ebay for about $50

 

Mine didnt work at first either, had to do some major cleaning of contacts also. I bought my overhead console about a year ago for 50 bucks at a local scrap yard. Everything was in great condition cept for missing dome light lens, but ive since gotten that.

 

Hey aziroc, if i come across one i'll let ya know and see if your still interested. I think the scrap yard i got my overhead console from might still have a couple left. I think they wanted something like 15 or 20 bucks for it. I dont remember.
