having major problems, need help
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I don't know what else to do. ok here's the situation. I have an 83 Z/28 that i've been working on for the past couple of months and now it's ready to be registered. The original title has been lost and I can't get in touch with the person who it was last titled under. I've put alot of money into this car and I really want to keep it. I don't want to have to junk it because I don't have a title for it. WHAT CAN I DO? please help.

About all you can do is contact the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles, and ask them what it takes to retitle a car.
