Here's a specific problem I haven't touched on but I'm told for 1989 (from coworker who bought his Camaro Iroc new, by 80K he'd changed computer modules 3 times and was thorougly [sp?] exasperated with the trouble imposed on his new ride. He now drives a truck but told my if the computer chip isn't diagnosed the car won't run right in any area addressed. Not sure my shop has checked that, any ideas? I think cooling might also be an issue. I'm sure this may be outside the board topics, but I just need some opinions from you guys. Thanks.
This 1989 is the newest car I've ever owned so I'm not up to speed on the computer logistics
