question about speedometers for 87 vert
I have another question for everyone. A few years back my speedometer broke in my 87 20th anniversary edition LT sport coupe convertible. I replaced the speedometer out of a parts car i had at the time. Thanks to willie and every one else on this board telling me my car is only one of three known to exist ,i want to get the car back to stock original condition. i can't remember what type of speedometer my car came from the factory with. any help would be greatly appriciated.

The 140 speedo on mine was a big tip off and the dual cat exhaust though alot of 1989 cars got these newly added for that year.
The 140s were mentioned with 5 liters, but with the 350s, you know it shouldn't have anything less. The time I was upto 130 MPH, I knew it!! hehehe

Don't know if you'll read this but for protecting the car, I went with a car cover... more space saving then a portable garage. My dad bought mine and got it truck size!! Not the best for a Bird/Cam

Here you can do a bit more but it is restrictive... and not a nice way to go (sometimes service shops aren't either) Depends but when a friend can do the chore for a small fee, sometimes that's preferred. I have that option as well, but in that case, it's a friend of a friend
I bought my digital camera off eBay for $34 or something. A 1.3 megapixel Concord...it's works until you need the 3 or larger.
