2 mounting studs or not?

2 mounting studs or not?
I have an 89 IROC-Z the rocker panel IROC-Z emblems are misssing...and there are these 2 holes where the emblem goes...the original emblems had studs or not? cause the 1's on ebay just have 2 sided sticky crap...what's up...????

The originals have two plastic studs. These studs break very easily if one doesn't know how to remove the emblems. What you've seen on e-bay is exactly that -- used pieces with broken studs.
