how much is my car worth
This weekend my car deveolped a rod knock, needs a new engine. I'm torn between selling it now or fixing it. Here are the specs:
1991 Trans Am, black/tan cloth, 87k, 305 TPI. Car has new tires, brakes, struts/shocks, O2 sensor, coil, cap/rotor, wires, starter, newer battery, flowtech cutout, t-tops, ac works great, body in excellent shape except for small mark on drivers door, interior in great shape but needs headliner. Single cat and alluminum driveshaft, K&N, march underdrive pulleys. Has the performance suspension and alluminum driveshaft. Also black wire wheels, cargo shade. It was a great car until this happened.
Just wondering how much you guys think the car would be worth now, and how much it would be worth if I put in another engine. I've had a few people say they're interested but I'm not sure of what to ask, and I have found a few cheap engines from $300-$500 that would drop right in.
