One in a Million

I'm looking to get another camaro, but I would like to get one that was built on my birthday (10-13-82). But my problem is I don't know how many were built on that specific day and for it to be a Z28. Now my first question is, how do you tell what day a car was built on. And the sceond one is in October was that the 82 or 83 model year. Thanks for all the replys in advance!

That is no small task. What are the chances that you find one built on you b-day? Then what are the chances that it is for sale? I don't think it is even worth the time to research. But I'm sure you have your reasons. Good luck. Sorry I wasn't much help.

Laters,
Conrad

pretty much as far as know the only was to get real specific is by finding the build sheet (if it's there?), how many thirdgen's you gonna totally strip to find it? you can get the month and year from looking at the drivers door (if the sticker is still there).
also i believe 10/82 would be a 83 model car.
It would be cool, to have one "born" the same day as you

That's what I was thinking! I was looking at the camaro production thing and noticed that only 150,000+ where bulit in 82. Well then devid it by 365 and it comes out to 410 built a day. That's for all models of camaros! Now trying to find a z28 with t-tops out of 410 cars built on that one day, is going to be very very hard. I guess I just need to find and 82 and be happy with that. And again Thanks for the replys!
