'89 RS 305 TBI 0-60 and 1/4 mile time?
Can anyone tell me the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times of an '89 Camaro RS with the TBI and 700R4? I know that the manual's 0-60 time is around 8 seconds--not too quick but adequate I guess--found it in an old MOTOR TREND. Just curious.

ok i lied, it had a k&n open element. but thats all. 15.4 stock i swear. it had the 305 tbi, 5 speed and 3.08 posi. im flattered you call BS.

my old 88 IROC with the 2.73 TBI 305/700R4 ran 16.2 stock.
With an open element, corvette servo and trans-go shift kit it ran 15.9---still slow.
