Best Route to take with resto of Notchback GTA

I posted this on another site and wanted to get some people's opinion from here.
I have an original '88 GTA Notchback Hardtop. The car is black with tan interior. The body is pretty good on it and free of rust.
The good: Strong running 350, good auto. trans, good body, digital dash, car is a true Notcback with matching VIN on hatch to the car.

The bad: 350 is an older engine (driver side dipstick) and has a carb on it and probably non-roller cam. All the TPI stuff is gone including most of the wiring. AC is gone including the firewall box. GTA seats and rear notchback seat is gone, car currently has grey 4th gen Firebird seats in it (they are in excellent condition.) Car has a 91-92 nose on it but will be replaced with everything needed to bring it back to 85-90 style.

I picked this car up along with my white GTA and I am trying to figure out the best path to take with it. I know a lot of people will say put it all back to original. Guessing that a good complete TPI setup will be about $350+ and getting an AC setup for it and working might be $400+ is it truly worth it to restore the car? What should be my priority, TPI or AC? In Texas AC rules supreme. The front end conversion will run me about $300 in the end and that will be done no matter what. Pictures are here: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/205049/15

Out of curiosity how much would any of you give for it right now? Does anyone have any idea how much it would be worth once I do all the work above? I think I could find some tan GTA seats but finding a tan Notchback rear seat may be impossible.

Your best bet may be to scour the junkyards, and see if you can buy a complete 88 Formula/TA/or GTA with the TPI. 5.0 or 5.7 it would not matter.

SWAP everything from one car to the other. Since its a 350 car, your better off getting a 350 Car. BUT, a 305 car would work, and then you need the block and heads. THe only differnce between the 305 and 350 TPI systems is the injectors, Knock sensor and obviously the PROM.

It will not be that difficult, I swapped my 87 LG4 to TPI this way.

The trick is getting everything.
