aw man, why didn't you keep the white striped taillights?? I like the looks of the 85+ lights better.
Clean looking ride man. I like the front "blackout" things for the headlight pocket area.
Let's see some pics of the interior!
Did you restore the car?

I have a question for all you 15th anniversary gurus..
I have a set of 16" rims, like the set on that car. they were once all white, but somoene painted them silver. The thing I noticed about my rims is they do not say Pontiac on the one spoke.
My question is this, did the 15th annv have "PONTIAC" on one of the spokes of the rim?

Im not for sure, but it looks like it says "Pontiac" on the white rims pictured above.
would be interesting if the 15th's didn't receive the "Pontiac" on the wheels. My guess would be that they did, given that I've seen a few anniversary cars with Pontiac across the windshield. I would assume they'd plaster pontiac wherever they could.

Thanks for the complements guys
To answer some of your questions, I purchased the car brand new in 84, the car has never been restored, I have taken 1st place in my class at most of the shows I enter it in. I changed the tail lights and wing to make mine different than everyone elses 15th anniversary T/A but can change it back to stock with not much of a problem. Pontiac is stamped in the the rims and came painted blue. When the car was about a month old Pontiac had recalled the 15th anniversary cars and replaced all of the rims they found some to be defective, the original rims had a smaller diameter center cap than the replacements do. I have brand new spare rims, emblems and most of the stripes just in case I need them at some point. the interior has hardly any wear and tear it is not 100% but may be 90-95% most people ask how I keep it so clean!! it's alot of work and I don't drive it in the bad weather.

that 15th T/A is absolutely stunning. Very well kept! Good to hear it doesn't see bad weather.
for example, this past winter we had 22 inches of snow in our area (not a big deal to some of you guys up north, but in southwest indiana its a big deal!). Anyway, while I was out driving in my 4x4 Explorer I noticed a nice white T/A sitting up at the top of a hill. I drove past and it was an emaculate 89 Turbo Anniversary T/A, (well as emaculate as you can get covered in slush/salt). DOH!
keep it looking nice!

Stunning car.
I cant see the condition of the left side seat and backrest bolsters, if you get in in out of these seats properly they should be ok, but if you drag your butt and back across them like most that dont know any better they wear really quick.
I give my passengers the rundown on the right way to get in and they have to empty their pockets first.
Nice to hear from somebody who actually saw the Hi-Tech Turbo rim recall, not too many remember that one. I have a scan of the recall letter someplace.
There was a problem with the cast and they were cracking. I heard some actually came apart.
Okfoz, you may have the recalled rims. Can you measure the dia of the center cap? Is there evidence of the blue stripes on the OD of the rim?
Don

Beautiful car! I'm pretty sure that I have seen it at the Fitchburg Civic Center cruise night before. I have a 15th as well and should be out at the cruise nights in the next few weeks. Hope to see your car again sometime soon!
