Rotting Camaros

Have you guys seen this website?

www.rottingamericanmuscle.homestead.com/index.html

This started off with pics of mopars rusting into the ground, now it has been expanded to Chevrolet/GM and Ford.

Do any of you guys have some interesting photos for this site?

It's primarily '62-'74 musclecars, but any Camaros are ok, 2nd gens or even some trashy 3rd gens.

Boy,do I know...
I saved my '70 RS/SS 350 Camaro from a similiar fate...makes me sad that many of the cars will be unsavable....

Indeed it is true. There are so many potential classics that either get smashed, or the engines/transmissions let go and end up in boneyards. In the last 6 months, I've seen in just one yard in my town:

1) '65 Skylark Convertible
2) '68 Mustang
3) '65 or '66 Electra
4) '68 New Yorker
5) '76 Formula 400
6) '79 Trans Am (complete with a 400)
7) '80 Turbo Trans Am Pace Car
8) '82 Z28 CFI

Take into account all of these were new arrivals within the past 6 months, and all of these cars except the Mustang were fairly complete, and all but the Skylark and Mustang appeared to have the original engines in them! The saddest one for me personally was the '80 TTA...that car had a lot of potential. Just goes to show some people are stupid enough to throw away a car they could put in the local paper for at least $1,000. But more importantly, they're throwing away a piece of history as well.
