I have a 90 RS that has had lots of suspention help. Yet there is one noise that I can't get rid of. When I hit even the smallest bump I hear this chirping noise on the passenger side somewhere between the back of the door and the spoiler. I have tightned everything from the door hinges back to the tail-light covers. Please help me. Note: three other Camaro owning friends have the same problem.

 

Try putting some foam or something around your spare tire. That took care of my sqweaking problem.

 

had the chirping noise in my car found it to be the passenger seat making the racket. try spraying movable parts with wd40 to clear problem

 

On an 88 sport coupe that I had, I went throught the entire car and tightened everything down. This actually caused squeaks. The trim molding that outlines the flat surface of the TTops started squeaking badly after I tightened it down. I loosened the screws a little and the squeaks disappeared. Lessen learned... overtightening causes squeaks.
