What exacly is LB9?

What exacly is LB9?
I ran a few VIN decoders and found LB9 in them. To the best of my knowledge, LB9's that were made in mid 91 had a 1LE package WITH A/C. There were 289 cars made with it. How can I find more specific info about this?
