Digital Dash
I've heard that some thirdgen Camaros (Berlinetta I think) came with a digital dash. I just wanted to know which cars came with it and if it would fit a 1985 IROC-Z without a problem. Also if anybody has a pic of a digital dash post it or Email it to me. Thanks.

Don't even contemplate it... It'd be about as easy a swap as going from a Iron duke to a L98... If you want a digital dash, buy a kit for any of the vendors in summit, jegs, etc.

The Berlinetta Digital dash will NOT FIT into a Z-28 !!!!
I have made this swap in the past (in reverse) and it was very time consuming and quite complicated. I installed an 86 IROC dash housing / interior into an 85 Berlinetta. Even the factory body wiring harnesses are different.

I think the stock digital dashes are ugly any ways. There are some aftermarket ones that look alright. I was actually thinking about putting a digital dash into my Trans am a while back, but I heard that they are nothing but problems, as well as how it would be too damn hard to put in. I have seen this one digital dash for trans ams that fit in the factory bezels, and it looks great. Does anybody have the pictures?

Thanks alot for the info and the pics. Yeah, now that I see it, that thing has no chance of being an easy install. </font>
