Another one for RB83L69-2nd gen engine info

I bought my donor 350 Chevy engine and TH350 from a guy who pulled them from his 77 Z-28. He claimed he already installed a cam that was "three sizes bigger than stock" What are the stock cam specs for this engine? What would three sizes bigger equate to? How awful of heads would the engine have? Don't mean to put anyone on the spot, but you seem to know more than the rest of us combined. Thanks in advance.

First this isn't a 2nd gen board, second if you have a question for one person that frequents the board, email them directly. Third cams don't come in sizes that you could consider as steps.
