Iroc & Z-28 on same car?
My 86 camaro has the Z-28 package, decals inside and outside and on the RPO sticker.
I thought that it was just a Z-28 until I started going through the RPO codes. One of them is B2G which comes up as Componants of the IROC-Z package. Can a car be both? What badges and stickers are in the IROC package.
The serial number on the RPO sheet lines up with the number on the car. I am new to this so any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

The IROC-Z was an optional handing/graphics package (RPO B4Z) on the Z28 from 1985 thru 1987. The cost of this option was $669 in 1985 and $699 in 1986/1987. All exterior badging on Z28's including ones with the IROC-Z option were "Z28". The IROC-Z had body color ground effects, a door decal and unique striping. On the interior, the only graphical representation of the IROC-Z option was the dash emblem. It read Z28/IROC-Z.
