Iroc & Z-28 on same car?

My 86 camaro has the Z-28 package, decals inside and outside and on the RPO sticker.
I thought that it was just a Z-28 until I started going through the RPO codes. One of them is B2G which comes up as Componants of the IROC-Z package. Can a car be both? What badges and stickers are in the IROC package.
The serial number on the RPO sheet lines up with the number on the car. I am new to this so any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

There is no such RPO as B2G. Your car is a Z28, B4Z is the IROC-Z RPO.

The IROC-Z was an optional handing/graphics package (RPO B4Z) on the Z28 from 1985 thru 1987. The cost of this option was $669 in 1985 and $699 in 1986/1987. All exterior badging on Z28's including ones with the IROC-Z option were "Z28". The IROC-Z had body color ground effects, a door decal and unique striping. On the interior, the only graphical representation of the IROC-Z option was the dash emblem. It read Z28/IROC-Z.

Mine is an original IROC-Z, converted to 5.0 Liter HO by the previous owner. THe dash has the Z28 5.0 Liter HO emblem. Is that correct?

I'd guess that the dash emblem should read Z28 with IROCZ in smaller text at the bottom... But, is the 8th digit of your VIN a G?

As I said, the car is an original IROC-Z, but not originally a 5.0 Liter HO (L69). The previous owner made the conversion along with what I would imagine are all the graphics, including the "Z28/5.0 LITER HO" dash emblem. The VIN has 'H' for the original LG4 engine. I was just wondering if the dash emblem was what GM used on the L69 cars.

HO Z28's had the HO badge on the dash, however the L69 Iroc's probably had the Iroc badge instead.
