i came acroos this on a site "84 Z28 V-8 L69 5.0Litres 190hp M5, A4 HO ,Manual 3.73, ----- Auto 3.42, -----"
and was just wondering how i have 3.73's in my completely stock automatic camaro if they were only avalible with a manual. were you able to special order them or something.

Ok, If I'm not mistaken 3:42 were offered for the Auto not 3:73's. But someone could have easily swapped in a set of 3:73's since 1984 till you bought the car. And also how do you know it's 3:73's, did the person you bought it from tell you that.

its says 3:73 on the build sheet but most of the sites say the automatic isnt supposed to have it i just thought that was kinda weird.

the site info is wrong. I had a 84 trans am bought new h.o automatic it came with 3.73's to
