it should have a rpo code ws6 on the sheet in the console. Mine have the performance suspension badge and there is the ws6 code.

According to our moderator okfoz, who is very knowledgeable on the Formulas in particular, he has stated all 87-92 Formulas received the WS6 suspension.
However, note that the "Performance Suspension" badge does not automatically mean that the vehicle has the WS6 suspension. For instance, as stated above, there were Trans AM that came with the "Performance Suspension" badge, but were not equipped with the WS6 suspension.
Of course if you want solid evidence that your vehicle has the WS6 suspension, check the RPO sticker for the RPO WS6, as noted above.

If its a Formula then yes it will have WS6 & a V8 of your choice. To make sure its a Formula look at the SPID sheet & VIN,
The VIN should be 1G2FS21??K
