I understand that in order to download the decoder you need to download network.net.... is that correct? I tried to do so and cannot download this program.... maybe not at the correct site? any help to get this downloaded would be appreciated....

Works fine for me. I was able to re-download the program.

Hello, I have downloaded the rpo decoder and have the new microsoft.net framework but Im unable to figure out how to open the rpo decoder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chance

 

If you installed net Framework and then downloaded the RPO decoder, it should be a matter of executing the file as net Framework should take over.

Did you try to run the RPO decoder before installing net Framework? If so, that can cause problems.
