what color are my decals suppose to be?
Hi i had a simple question...i have a 1987 camaro iroc z28 i bought the car with no decals or striping on it...i wanted to know how i can tell what color my decals are suppose to be any help would be great thanks!!

What colour is your ride? Is it the original paint/colour or has anything been changed?

If the car is black and does not have a tan interior, the decals would be black and silver. Yes, GM used a black stripe on the black car. If the interior is tan, then the stripes are black/gold. If the interior is red, the stripes will be black/red. Also, as a caution, some interiors were not tan and still got the black/gold stripe. The only way to know in that case is if the rims are gold. If they are silver, then the stripes were either the silver or the red option.

It has gray interior...with silver rims...so the stripe would be black and decals gray??
