Obscure Interior Part...Cannot Find

Just took out my entire interior and restored the floor pan. I want to reapply the pads that go over the seatbelt bolts holes (on the interior side of the metal floor pan) to prevent water from coming in the cabin from underneath the car. (You screw the seatbellt arm w/ the red buckle through them.) The originals resembled a 2 inch by 2 inch black tar substance. Napa, Autozone, etc have no idea what I am talking about. Are there replacements, and if not, what should I use? Thanks.

You can probably get away with using nothing at all. Something like Dynamat or even Peel and Seal from your local home improvement labyrinth should do the same job. If you want it to be waterproof a little RTV couldn't hurt.
