"jus" look in your center console's RPO list and you'll know what all it came with!

there is an RPO de-coder on this forum you can down download . then record all codes from glove box sticker . it can tell you what your car left the factory with . good luck .

In '87 was the SPID still in the console on Firebirds or had it moved to the rear left (driver's side) storage compartment. Just curious on this so he won't be looking in just the console.

The SPID was moved in the lockable compartment very late in the production, I often read it was only on late 91s and 92s.

That's just a C.A.R.B. sticker meaning an emissions approved modification has been made before the catalytic converter.

My GTA has a C.A.R.B. sticker for my SLP headers. These stickers are MANDATORY in CA or your vehicle WILL FAIL emissions testing with said parts installed.

See this link for the answer... https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/post...143-post5.html

Back in the day Banks manufactured cat-back exhausts for Thirdgens. As mentioned it's a CARB exemption sticker so that the car will still pass California emissions.
