New, NOS dashpad can be had for a cool grand on this site's classified, or ebay currently (same seller).

That cracked me up.

Here's a possible route to take in restoring your car--and I suggest this because much (and I mean much) of my car's resurrection is from carefully chosen parts from bone yards, TGO's classifieds, and CL. Purchases from any of those three will be considerably cheaper than new parts. Have I bought new? Sure, that's inevitable.

As an example, I've purchased two dash pads, both of which are near mint, the first for $25, the second $50.

Once you find the centercaps, here is where you can get the emblems. I paid $21.95 two years ago and his prices haven't increased. Check them out here: http://www.makingitdigital.net/store1/agora.cgi

You'll see various styles, but if send him a photo of what you want, he'll have it. I got the correct style, in my desired color, as a new reproduction. They look awesome.

Just be patient and search craiglsit and watch the junkyards and you will find a dashpad for a decent price. I got my mint one for $40 from a kid off craigslist. He bought the car just for the motor and harness to put TPI into a 240Z. I also got a set of grid tailights for $10, and and set of foglights for $10 from him. Almost felt bad. Almost!
