Those are just like mine but mine are the ultra rare black

I'm not saying my Z28 seats are rare but I simply have not seen many other 1986's with seats like mine, medium gray with diagonal stripes on either side of the bolsters and a center double stitch line. My door panels have the same stripe pattern along the top along with a carpet section along the bottom. So I wonder what rare seats he is talking about, too.

Are you willing to share the SPID labels of both cars? Proof is in the documentation.

One thing I like about these discussions is that we can all learn something. The tech data says that the GU6 was available on the LB9/Auto car as optional. The G92 is listed in parentheses. Is that to say that the GU6 was only available when G92 was ordered? This car does not have G92, but does have GU6. My restoration packet from GM says the 3.42 was standard gearing for the IROC-Z with LB9. Our tech data needs updating!!! The restoration pack also scratched out G80 as an option for the 85 IROC-Z, yet this car has it. Must be an early build
Also, were the pictures changed? I commented that the engine compartment shows more wear than a 17k mile car, but now it doesn't! Was I asleep at the wheel, or did something change?

My Van Nuys 85 IROC has GU6 and G80 no G92.
