84 pro am?
Looking for some info on what I have been told is a pro am hood scoop for a firebird. I picked it up and don't really plan on selling because its abnormal but would like some info. Thanks

Re: 84 pro am?
Never heard of a "Pro Am hood scoop". I DO recall a sticker kit that came on some cars, that said "Pro Am"; don't recall that their hood (or much of anything else about them either, for that matter) was any different from any other of the lower model-line cars.
None of the factory hoods had a discrete "scoop" that you could remove. Might be some aftermarket accessory thing.
Post a pic, maybe somebody can identify what it actually is.
