It seems my car has made it to the die cast molds, but this was 5 years ago. I recall a submittal for Your Car is the Star, but they never told me I was selected. Anyone see this on the pegs back in the day?

 

That's absolutely freakin awesome!!!!!

I remember how excited I was when my 92 GTA and my 91 Firehawk made it into the book " ", I was totally stoked! I got an autographed hard-back copy from the author too.

Major congrats even if you did have to find out on your own! I would freakin KILL for that for my 92 GTA!!!!

Thanks, it seems I'm out of luck with getting any reply from Johnny L. From some web digging, the deal was they would supply me a case of 12 castings of the car. They never delivered, and it was over 5 years ago. Anyone know a good lawyer? lol

 

Well that's a little upsetting to hear that. They should of at least gave you some diecasts for reinbursement. Being that they made a diecast of your vehicle without your permission? But it's still pretty sweet for your car to be a star! Also, it would pretty awesome if they made a Johnny Lighting Firehawk diecast! either in 1:64 or 1:24. Would also love to see a Jamica Yellow formula as well.
