another RPO thread

so I just researched every rpo I have in my car. I have searched for this for a while and I just keep getting the same stuff. so I will ask the third gen world. What rpo codes are more desirable to have on your build sheet. I know the most common"ws6 and such" but what about dealer options or f41 or y99 rpo codes

Re: another RPO thread

F41 has to do with an upgraded suspension, not sure what y99 is though. Honestly at the point that you're swapping the engine, drivetrain components, etc (like most of us have done) the rpo codes really don't matter (for instance if you have the G80 and G92 posi/performance axle but swap in a 12-bolt it becomes null and void).

Are you just curious or wanting to take your car back to original condition or something?

Re: another RPO thread

no I am just wondering what options were desirable. my car is way beyond any point of returning to original but its cool to know the things the factory did to it

I get that, same here lol.

Power anything (seats, locks, hatch) were popular, also the overhead console and things of that nature. I'm not sure of the code for those but if you have your rpo's handy there's a decoder or something similar in the history section.

G80 and G92 (posi and performance axle ratio) were also desired, I actually know the code for those lol.
