So last year I acquired an all original 91 GTA in excellent condition (9 out of 10)..even includeing some RPO codes for the SLP performace parts (n10, r6p etc..if i did my research right)

My problem is i know my black cloth interior is not a normal option, but can find any numbers on how many 91 firbird were made like that.

Is there any data anywhere on how many cars where made with specific RPO codes or interior options? Ive googled my rear end off and cant find squat.....any help would be greatly appreciated...

 

Not to my knowledge. Certain packages, yes, but individual RPO's not so much. You could try compnine and see if they have anything.

 

According to GTASourcepage, there was 105 1991 GTAs with the black cloth interior. Note that figure does not include exports:

Just to note, the N10 and R6P have nothing to do with the SLP Performance package. The SLP package was a dealer option so there are no RPOs for it.

AmorgetRS - thanks for the info - I thought I had read somewhere those optoins where items you could have ordered from the dealer when the car was built. Guess not. lol

 

SLP was a Dealer option, yes they would install the parts at the dealer if requested. So there would not be an RPO for the SLP parts.

IIRC the SLP options were
1 - Cold Air intake
2 - Siamese runners
3 - Headers
4 - Cat-Back exhaust
5 - performance chip.
