So recently, Chazman started a thread for 89/90 G92 5 speed registry.
I searched and there isn't one for 91/92, so I thought I'd start one.
We all know how rare these are, and 91/92 more so than 89/90.
This will be for both Camaro and Firebird (R6P).

Let's format like this:

1) Year
2) Model
3) Color combo
4) Built date

 

Here is mine...
91 T/A, T-tops, Green/Tan, Built 10/08/90.
They were out of J65, so mine has J41.

 

1991 GTA - 305, 5-speed, J65, t-tops, green/tan
1991 Formula - 305, 5-speed, J41, t-tops, blue/grey

For 91/92 it isn't as important as Compnine actually has pretty much all the data for those years.

 

Maybe so, regardless, it's still fun to post up your ride that fits this category. Bragging rights for a rare car. After all, you and I are the only ones that have posted.

 

Purchased my 92 Z28 G92 M5 Black/Charcoal in 2005 off of EBAY. Has the rough cast intake runners, aluminum DS, N10 and J65.

 

Aluminum DS? Does your SPID say JG1 On it?

1992 Z28. Built 7-7-92. LB9, T5, G92, Z03. Red with gray interior. 124k on clock. Was Damon 23's car until July 2012. Living in Cajun Country now.

Came with G92 option, but dual cats are gone, now Jet Hot coated Hooker 2055's, T-Tops, and it has drum instead of disc rear end.... other than that, it's a lot of fun to drive and I've done many updates to suspension / bolt ons, etc...

Some Clarification....
I went through the RPO codes and noticed G92 not listed... but I was pretty sure I had a 3.42 rear gears... ???
I did do a search and read "sometimes G92 is not listed..."
???
I have a 91 Formula TPI 5 speed...
Though G92 is not on the list of RPO codes, it does have
GU6 = 3.42 Rear end (says G92 Opt in tech area of 91 Firebirds)
G80 = Limited Slip
KC4 = Oil Cooler
N10 = Dual Cats
But did not come with all 4 wheel disk brakes....

So is mine a G92 (and it's not listed)?
I was hopping to have the hotter cam...
It sure seems like it when I mash the pedal

For the Firebird the code is R6P, I'll bet you have that.

That is why the original post says:
