Cool car, 1 of 600 made that year but I've never seen another. It was made by Choo Choo Customs. Literally just stickers and a stick on hood scoop lol. Some cars were even V6's!

Interesting brushed silver trim overlay on the dash and console, silver centers on the gold PW7s, and chrome caps.

Re: There never was a Bandit edition shaker hooded bird right?
In my view , I always saw the 1978 (was it 1978 ? or 1977 ?) Trans Am that Burt Reynolds drove in "Smokey and the Bandit" to be the only car that should wear the Bandit name , and that it really don't belong on a third gen . Even if there were later sequels trying to milk a bit more coin out of the story that may have used later model cars , the one and only Bandit to me is the second gen car in the original movie . Hey , ain't it enough that our car had the 'Hoff and Knight Rider ? (I'm kidding here , I almost just barfed a bit , having lived through that schlock) ... But really , many cars never get the opportunity to look as good as our car did in KR , so goofy plots aside I think both gens got an immense image boost by starring in these roles . Bottom line to me is that a third gen is no more Bandit than a second gen is KITT .........
