Need help on the value of a 91 z28 1LE 9k miles
Hey guys, like the title says I have had a 91 z28 with the 350/auto/ black with grey interior. Has some upgrades like a supercharger and other items. All original items come with the car. Tons of documentation from the day it was new. I picked it up on a whim. I'm more into old BMW, Mercedes ect. I know it's hard to answer without a pic. Will try next weekend to get one. But as you can imagine with 9k miles it's pretty nice. Going to put it up for sale. What should I be looking to get for it? I read they only made a bit over 400 that year of the 1LE.
Thanks for the help.

91 1LE z28/350 with 9k miles
I have a 91 z28 350 1LE I picked up on a whim a few years back. The guy installed a supercharger and a few other items right when he bought it. I have tons of documentation on the car. The supercharger is CARB certified. I have all of the original parts that came when the car when it was new. It has 9k miles, black with grey interior. I'll try to get some pics up in a few days. But as you can imagine with 9k miles it's pretty clean. My question is what is the car worth . I'm more into classic mercedes, BMW ect.. And going to put the car up for sale. Again, I know it's hard without pics but like I said I does only have 9k documented miles.
Thanks for your help.

Condition, originality, and desirability of options seem to be the biggest determinants in value for these cars.
We would really need pictures and RPOs to get a better feel for your car. 1LE, documentation, and mileage work in your favor. Modifications and the unpredictability of the thirdgen market do not. As ray jr said, some of the recent transactions have been softer than the highs from a few years back.

For the record, I would have paid more than the $22k for that car mentioned above. I think someone stole it at that price.
Vince, I saw your car for sale a while back before you bought it. It's a super beautiful car and is very period correct with the upgrades. Hang onto it if you can, I don't think it will be too long before more traction on these cars kicks in. I have two myself.

When I picked it up the guy had told me there was someone offering that but I had already done the deal with him. It is super clean. I own 12 cars and I have to say the documentation on this car is insane... Talk about ****! I have just gone in a new direction with the old BMW( I have an 88 M3 and 88 M5) and a few old muscle cars. But want to get an old Mercedes. Maybe I'll see my 57 Suburban with 90 Corvette running gear, bags, disc ect. Cool ride. Anyway, thanks for the info. I think I will hold onto it.
