I posted this over in the body section and got nothing. Figured it might be more suited here.

I am restoring a 87 IROC-Z and need to replace the body side moldings. I know I can locate the 88-92 style relatively easy but am looking to source the correct style for the 87. Does anyone have a source?

I've recently seen some on eBay. They haven't been cheap though. Other than that, I haven't seen any.

I'll keep my eyes open. I saw white ones a few weeks back. You might want to reach out to these sellers and see if they have white ones.

 

Can you not just repaint body side molding? Was going to just repaint mine on my Camaro when I paint my ground effects, looks like the clearcoat on mine has failed.

I got good results from wetsanding and buffing the BSM on my T/A, but the finish on the BSM on my Camaro is in far worse condition.

 

I tried to contact these sellers but it states that due to the volume of emails they get they are not able to send them. I will just keep my eye out I guess and jump on a white one if I can actually see a picture of it.
