Deep pockets for a topper doesn’t pay for the mold. We prob won’t be dong any more black toppers, they just don’t sell. I’m not interested in another black topper that doesn’t sell. If you want a black topper you should buy one, when this batch sells out, we won’t be doing any more.

 

This thread has so many comments I’m confused as to what toppers you have available. Could you update and show exactly what you currently have available? Would an 87 and 88 Iroc Camaro use the same toppers or was there a change?

you should do your own detective work, use your build sheet, owners manual so on to find your orig battery.

I want to be clear on the fitment of these toppers, THEY FIT ON A 78 SERIES BATTERY, SMALLER BATTERIES HAVE A OVERHANG , it states this in the sale ad, we will no longer take returns on fitment issues, some battery’s have a handles or top posts, some batteries just don’t fit, take the topper to the battery store, I think all third gens have a smaller battery than a 78 series, so I’m not sure why there’s confusion in the first place.
some cars you can slide to one side, look at pics in this post and know how it’s going to look on your car. Some cars you may have to modify the plastic holddown. Put your OG away, get a spare to modify.
ive taken toppers to the battery store, 9 out of ten batterys fit
look what battery fits in your car, determine if it’s a 78 series or smaller, knowing there’s a slight overhang on any battery smaller than a 78 series.
the fact that the topper fits a 78 series, I’m not saying a 78 series battery will fit or is in your car, like a member here recently said to me, go through this thread, look at all the members who put a topper on their camaro or Firebird , know how it’s going to fit in your car.
