TTA Map Pocket

I have seen how rare and expensive the Camaro Convertible map pockets are, but have never seen a TTA map pocket for sale. What are they really worth? I recently acquired one for my collection. Now I almost have them all.

Re: TTA Map Pocket

Nothing. I'd expect. The reason being that who other than a collector of map pockets would need one? There isn't some huge movement of TTA restorers or cloners. I suppose if you find someone goofy enough to be restoring a TTA and they need a map pouch, maybe.... But I have yet to see anyone restoring a TTA. Seems like they all just sit in plastic bubbles, stored inside climate controlled vaults.

Re: TTA Map Pocket

You can buy reproduction emblems on eBay so making replica ones isn't too difficult in turn probably hurting value

Re: TTA Map Pocket

Ya, that is what I thought too. You would have to find a safe way to remove the orange bird without hurting the Map Pocket. The one I have is Definitely real. Cant see any sign of modification.
