History / OriginalityGot a question about 1982-1992 Camaro or Firebird history? Have a question about original parts, options, RPO codes, when something was available, or how to document your car? Those questions, answers, and much more!
That dark blue and gold? Reminds me of my grade school colors!! Lol
Looks as original as all get out to me just looking at the color in the engine compartment and the color of the fabric in the center of seats. Put it down as a first for me!

Yeah my thoughts exactly. I'd like to see the SPID. I think it's killer
I'm betting it looked close leaving the factory with the blue/gold. Looks like clear coat on it and can't remember when starting year for that was, but it wasn't '85.
if two-tone seats are original, I'm extra impressed with Pontiac. Even if they didn't do that, 'I've always admired the subtle/refined extras they had over Camaros.
Sharp car, perfect for DDing.
Gold PW7s were available on the 1986 Trans Am. It's a different gold name from what's largely known as being on the 1987-1992 GTA. Once the 1987 GTA was introduced then the gold PW7s were restricted to the GTA until the final ThirdGen years where, once again, it became optional on the Trans Am.
Also, I don't think that car has the original paint theme. Since it's been modified with the 350 and other parts, paint is probably also not factory.
If that was the original dark blue metallic, the order guide shows silver aero. Not gold. If the car did have gold aero, then it's possible the car was actually black.

The SPID will tell the real case.
And it has tan interior, so it had to have had the gold aero.

Lower pin stripe is not like anything I've seen before, either.
