I think i posted this question many many years ago but never got an answer. I had a 89 Iroc that had this sticker on the mirror when I bought it. From what I remember I bought the car June of 1999 and I was the third owner. Title search shows first owner registered car in Warren Michigan. Second owner was the place I bought it from and they had it titled in their name for 6 months or so. The Car lot I bought it from was a idenpendant car lot so the sticker must have come from the first owner.

The left side of the sticker has always been missing so I dont have any way to identify what was there. From what I can tell looking at the pictures it looks like the numbers are 10-01231. I googled CEC and found some info on a Chevrolet Engineering Center in Warren. I am guessing maybe this was some sort of parking sticker for an employee. Does anyone have any info on this?
