89 RS 63k miles, what would you offer on this car. Center caps are missing on the rims. But looks a nice car to be a fun daily cruiser. Asking price is $9,500
I'd say he has it listed correctly, with the final sale coming in between 7,500 and 9,000. He'll likely get the 9k since its hard to "find another one".
I sold my CHERRY 89 RS convertible about a month ago for $12,500. It had just rolled 30k miles, and had all the IROC clone items installed. I think $7,500-$8,000 would probably be a good price for this one. I don't think he's too far off.
The guy I sold the convertible to has it listed for like $17,500. He's NEVER going to get that kind of money out of it. It's a damn nice car, but He's waaaayyyyy out of line
Wow! Would have definitely bought your vert for $12,500! I was thinking $7,500 to $8,000 myself. After looking at the pics more closely I think the driver side seat bolster may have some fraying. Not sure. If that’s the case I’m definitely no higher then $7,500. The car is close to me and if it has working A/C and passes emissions I would love to have a third gen as a fun daily driver here in AZ. Have not had a third gen driver for 20 plus years!
I’d offer $7k and go from there. It will likely bring $8500 to $9k right now, but if he’s in a hurry to sale and you can show him $7k cash, you might get it. It’s clean for the miles.
