Hi, long time lurker first time post. I acquired a 1991 Formula 1LE last year from a private seller in Michigan. He passed some paperwork on like the original window sticker, a typed info sheet on the 1LE and some bills of sales and titles to previous owners. I'm hoping to connect with one of those owners, hopefully the original purchaser if they are on here? I know its a long shot, but I'm hoping to get a little more info on the car, such as the original bill of sale from the dealer if they still have it, service records or at the very least some first hand owner info. The car is unique enough where one of the owners may be on here. The car was originally delivered to Dennis Pontiac in Columbus OH in 1991. The vehicle is a Med. Green Metallic/Camel 1LE Formula. It had the dealer installed SLP performance package, consisting of Cold air induction, Intake runners, Cat back exhaust and E-Prom and the SLP parts ID tag showing those mods. Last six of the VIN are 239441. I have Ohio title receipts for 2001 and 2004 showing titled to W. Sittison ('01) and S. Bogan ('04) (NZBOGAN is this You?). If anyone knows these guys or the original owner or if you are on here I'd like to hear from you. I have some questions regarding the car especially more info on the installed SLP package. Just trying to trace history. I love that kind of stuff on theses cars, just kinda my thing.

Thanks, it is a really nice car, currently 53k miles but could use paint, it's suffering from the 80's 90's clear coat hazing. What I'm really looking for is any paperwork concerning the SLP package installation. Such as when it was installed, if it was done before or after delivery, and what the cost was? Like nowadays dealers will place an amended window sticker on the vehicle with any added options. I attempted to contact Dennis Automotive (formerly Pontiac) to see if they had any paperwork and the sales manager told me they purged most of their Pontiac sales documents years ago, and even if they had anything remaining, that sale would have been to old for them to have retained that information past 20 years. I obviously have the SLP Parts ID tag on the car, so it shows as having been installed by the dealer and not pieced together after, at least I think that's how it worked? Just really curious about the cars history. My TTA has been family owned since new and I bought my G8 new in '09, so I obviously know everything regarding those vehicles, But this one is somewhat a mystery. I would love to know some of the service history as well.
