Need help finding history???

Hey, Just purchased a 86 Iroc. 600$ runs but has been wrecked.
I got to looking and the original color was Canary Yellow, and the engine is a 350. I was told that they didn't put any 350's in the 86 irocs only 305's If anyone can help please!!!

Transmission: 5-speed
The eighth digit in the VIN is the engine code. For 1986:

F = 305 TPI (LB9)
G = 305 H.O. (L69)
H = 305 Carb (LG4)

There were 50 prototype 1986 IROC-Z's produced with 350's. They did not have A/C or t-tops. Also, they were the first Camaros to get the 9-bolt Borg Warner rear axle assembly (first seen on Firebirds in 1985). No one seems to know the whereabouts of any of these. Could you have mysteriously stumbled onto one?
