Cheap CD player $60 and Alpine amp $50
Alpine 3517 amp: $50 I'd guess 35W x 2 but I can't find info about it. Has all the wiring needed. Tested and works.
Targa CD player: $60 forgot the model number, tested and works.

No luck unfortunately. It's VERY loud, half volume on the deck and it was killing my ears so its plenty for anyone looking to amp up some speakers. I may run it as a sub amp just to see what it can do.
