ps maybe you can help, got some all glack custom stiched black leather panels form the junkyard but they had to be torn off the top rails to get them out the wrecked car. How can I remount them to the toprails on my car if those tabs are all ripped apart?

 

For real, put a couple layers of duct tape over the top of the panels where the mount holes are and wrap it over the edge and poke new holes thru the tape. The arm rest and door handle bezel and push pins also hold it on the door.
