Front buckles have a couple cracks.

Flame red driver’s seat belt buckle? Not too concerned about the sleeve as they’re reproduced, mostly want a good condition buckle.

Best bet is to buy one and have it recovered. I looked for a long while for a good original before going with a reupholstered piece. A member on here charges 200 to do them, materials included.
