I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO OFFER...DOES IT WORK? I ALSO NEED WINDOW GUIDES INNER AND OUTER FOR THIS CAR.(THE PEICE AT THE TOP OF THE DOOR THAT HELPS KEEP THE WINDOW FIRM.)I APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE AND WE WILL DEFINETLY WORK SOMETHING OUT.CAN YOU SEND PICS?

I don't know if this response will be helpful or not, but my console clock didn't work when I first purchased the car. Long story short, before sending it off for repair, I blew the works out with canned air, then drenched them in WD-40. I manipulated the hands a few times, plugged the clock back in, and now, several years later, it's still functioning.

Common problem. IIRC, Jim85IROC is on his third clock because of it. You might check with him on parts, however.
