Im in need for an electronic speedometer and cable. I went from a mechanical auto tranny to a electronic 5 spd so i need to do a swap out of speedo gauges. let me know, thanks

All you need do is remove the electronic VSS in the tail shaft and replace it with a sleeve/housing and the correct drive and/or driven gears (to allow a correct speedo reading). Plug the cable in and away you go.

Check the T-5 sticky for gear info. Here's the sleeve/ housing, which is the same as the TH350:

Just an FYI: 82-89 Camaros have mechanical speedos and the clusters have round gauges. Later Camaros, 90-92, are electric and have clusters that are half round. The two versions aren't interchangeable--at least not without serious modding.

thats weird. cause i ran the casting numbers off the tranny and it shows up as an 85 305 tranny with an electric gear setup

The trans is not from a Camaro then. The Birds went electric in 86, IIRC, so perhaps you have an early production piece.
