Door sill trim

I need both LH and RH side door sill trim in light saddle or is it buckskin. Its the lighter of the two. Please help me out, I dont want to dye these. No matter how well you prep the paint eventually flakes off.

Prep is not my problem at this point, There damaged from everyone stepping on them in the past to get into the back seat.

My problem with the back panels is due to the flex I need to get the panel around my rear roll bar. Heres a pick before paint. Thats why I mentioned prep, I dont want to worry about it every flaking off no mater what is done to it.
