finally got tunes
I finally got tunes for my 90 RS, went with a Sony Xplod for two basic reasons. It has a jack on the face plate to plug in an Ipod and it is hopefully cheap enough no-one will bust a window to steal it. I removed the plastic facing that goes around the radio/temp controls and also the piece of the console where the shifter fits and primed them so I can paint them later to match my headliner. I am ordering the ABS plastic replacement headliner and plan on painting it with a gray hammered metal finish paint instead of using cloth. I planned on painting the radio/console pieces to match the headliner but the white is kinda growing on me. In a world of Hondas with bad exhaust and picnic tables for rear wings driven by 20 year olds who couldn't change their oil if their life depended on it, it is nice to find people who appreciate V8 power with rear wheel drive.

Looks good! Personally I would paint the console to match the rest of the interior.
By the way, is that the stock shifter **** on there? I'm trying to find a replacement for mine, and that one actually looks alot like a corvette **** that I posted about on this board. Wonder if it would fit in a firebird...
