Fix for chapped leathe shift boot

I got one off ebay awhile back and the seams were "splitting". Turns out, the leather had dried some and shrunk. Fixed with baseball glove conditioner, Wilson's (Athletic brand, not clothes). The stuff worked like a charm, made the rest of my interior look bad. It really works to rejuvenate leather, I think better than some stuff you might get from a leather clothing store. It's softer and more supple than before too. Anyway, worked for me, thought I'd pass it along.

I've used saddle soap for years. It not only cleans and shines but makes the leather supple. A bit of black shoe polish doesn't hurt either.
