Can I move the steering column to the left or right any. Is there any way to adjust it this way? Mine is all the way to the right and I want to center it.

Secone question is that the passanger floorboard is moist. No puddle just moist. The fluid has no real smell to it and I can't get enough on my fingers to feel its texture.

There are two bolts holding the steering column up underneath the dash. Loosen them and you've got maybe an inch of play from side to side to line up the column.

A wet passenger floor is usually a sign of a leaking heater core.

If you have antifreeze in your radiator and the dampness in the passenger footwell has no smell, then it may be rain water leaking in through the heater box. From experience the heater core is a real pain to get to without removing the dash, so make sure it is that before you try swapping them!

Common spots and fixes

*Front corner of the t-top* - adjust t-top and window, possible that rubber seal is beyond fixing
Rear corner of the t-top
Rusted hole under the center section of t-tops - General rust repair
Rust hole under the seal of the windshield - Have to pull out the surrounding rubber and check for rust, sometimes is under the paint and hasnt shown up yet
Broken seal on the HVAC/firewall - Usually when someone has removed the HAVAC unit or part of it and damaged the rubber/foam during reinstallation
Rusted out area under the blower - Peel back the pass floorboard carpet and look, this usually from leaves and dirt trapped under the blower
Rusted out area under the brake booster
Rear hatch water channels with a broken seal - Silicone fix this

Or a broken heater core

Good luck, leaks are always a pain to track down

I don't thinkd that it is the heater core because the heat still blows nice and strong.

The heat would still blow nice and strong even if it was leaking, if the core were clogged it would not blow heat at all though. Could still be your heater core, it never hurts to check.
