your heater core is regulated by engine coolant temp. does your engine warm up to normal opperating tempurature?

Could be a bad heater control valve. Maybe the vacuum line that opens/closes the door inside the vents for the heater has something wrong with it but thats highly unlikely.

The heater core might be slightly or completely clogged. Take the heater hoses off but leave them connected to the heater core. Then try to flush the heater core out, with a garden hose or something. A good flush worked on one of my friend's car with his heater core problem.

My heater is really weak as well. I also know my heater core has a pin-hole or two. I just always assumed the pressure loss because of the hole was affecting mine.

Its on one of the heater hoses. It has a vacuum line that comes from the heater controls. The vacuum line opens/closes when the heater controls are turned on/off.

Are you running a 160* thermostat. If you are you will have a hard time getting hot air out of your heater.
