4th gen A pillars with dash swap in a 3rd gen
I have searched everywhere on here and can't find out how everyone is cutting there A pillars when they put there 4th gen dashes in. I have seen pics of them, but no clear ones. I'm wondering how there lining up at the top of the dash pad. I would like a shot looking down through the windsheild. I can't get that part to line up.Any help would be awsome. Also its a 1988 Iroz convertable with a 2001 T/A dash in it. Here are some quick pics

I am doing the same project (interior, not motor), but putting a 97 dash into a 91. Haven't gotten to the a-pillars yet but soon. So when I get to them I'll post my results if they are still needed.

d10pins, nice but need some bigger or clickable pics there. Too small to see.
As for the first guy, check out this link, its shr00m's car, and he has nice detail on what he did about his....

And I see you already have power windows on your car. Bastard ... I'm going thru the process of installing all power stuff into my 91 Z. DO NOT want to do this again ...

it looks like the way you do your a-pillar trim would be different than most others since you have a 'vert. Can you post a pic of how your stock a-pillars look? it looks like ASC cut them and tucked them under the convertible specific trim piece and, judging by of the earlier replies, you may be able to tuck them under the same way with the 4th gen pillars.
